CDC Digital Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to applications, websites, and services developed and managed by CDC Digital, including Apartment Manager. It covers information handled when users create accounts, sign in, manage operational records, upload files, request support, or use related billing services.

2. Data We Handle

We may handle the following categories of information:

• Account data such as email address, authentication identifiers, and team role.
• Operational records such as properties, rooms, contacts, tenants, bills, payments, transactions, reports, notes, and tasks.
• Uploaded files and images when users choose to add them.
• Billing-related identifiers needed to manage subscriptions and plan status when paid features are enabled.
• Security and technical signals used to protect sign-up and service integrity.
• On supported web deployments, advertising-related provider signals may be processed by Google AdSense. The submitted App Store build is intended to run with advertising disabled.

3. How We Use Data

We use data to:

• create and secure user accounts;
• store, sync, and display the records users manage in the service;
• generate requested reports, exports, and operational outputs;
• manage billing and subscription state when paid plans are used;
• protect the service from abuse, fraud, and unauthorized access; and
• respond to support requests and comply with legal obligations.

4. Service Providers

CDC Digital may use third-party service providers to operate its apps and services. Based on the current implementation of Apartment Manager, these may include:

• Supabase for authentication, database storage, and file storage;
• Cloudflare Turnstile for sign-up bot protection when enabled;
• Paddle for subscription and billing workflows when paid features are enabled; and
• Google AdSense for ad delivery on supported web deployments.

CDC Digital does not sell personal data.

5. Retention, Security, and Deletion

We retain supported account and workspace data while an account remains active, unless a longer retention period is required by law or for legitimate business records. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data in transit and at rest.

For Apartment Manager, supported self-serve deletion is available from More > Settings > Delete Account. If deletion is blocked because billing is still active or the account shape is not supported for self-serve removal, contact support.

6. Privacy Choices

Users may:

• access and review data they maintain in the product;
• correct or update records directly where editing is available;
• request deletion of their account and supported associated data; and
• contact CDC Digital to ask privacy questions or exercise rights available under applicable law.
