Access and correction

Many records can be reviewed and updated directly in the product by signed-in users with the appropriate role. If you need help correcting account-level details, contact CDC Digital support.

Account deletion

Apartment Manager supports in-app account deletion for supported account shapes. Open More > Settings > Delete Account inside the app to begin.

• Deletion removes the supported account record and associated supported data.
• Active paid subscriptions must be canceled first.
• Unsupported ownership or membership shapes are blocked from self-serve deletion.

If the in-app flow is blocked, contact support and include the account email used in the app.
