CDC Digital Terms of Use

Terms governing the use of CDC Digital websites, apps, and services, including Apartment Manager.

1. Service use

CDC Digital services may be used only for lawful business and operational purposes. Users are responsible for the accuracy of the data they provide and for using the service in compliance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

2. Accounts and access

Users are responsible for safeguarding their credentials and for activity that occurs under their account or workspace access, except where caused by CDC Digital's own failure.

3. Customer data

Users remain responsible for the tenant, contact, billing, payment, and operational data they upload or manage through the service, including having the rights and authority to do so.

4. Billing

If paid plans are offered, subscription management and related payment processing may be handled by third-party providers. Plan access can change based on billing status.
